Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
By using carshipconnect.com you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully, including the arbitration clause and class-action waiver below.
1. What CarShipConnect is
CarShipConnect is a referral and advertising service. We are not a motor carrier, broker, or freight forwarder, and we do not ship vehicles, arrange transport, or hold MC or USDOT operating authority. We connect you with third-party licensed, insured auto-transport service providers who may contact you. Any transport agreement is solely between you and the carrier you choose.
2. No guarantee of service providers or pricing
We do not guarantee that any carrier will contact you, offer a particular price, or be available for your route or dates. Quotes, pricing, timing, and service are determined entirely by the service providers, not by us.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and only submit requests for vehicles you are authorized to ship.
- Independently verify any carrier's licensing, insurance, and reviews before booking.
- Use the site lawfully and not for spam, scraping, or fraudulent submissions.
4. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and our referral service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarShipConnect and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your dealings with any carrier. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold CarShipConnect harmless from claims arising out of your use of the site, your submissions, or your dealings with any carrier.
7. Binding arbitration & class-action waiver
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court. You and CarShipConnect waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. Arbitration will be administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, in the United States.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
